  2. Reorganized the Notion documents of the working group and the tasks to be performed recently.
  3. The new process of onboarding is being improved.

Financing Working Group

This Week:

  • Contacted lawyers for advice on DAO legal structure. Further legal research may be necessary.
  • Estimated legal and registration fees to be around $10,000 USD.
  • The Financing Working Group proposal was declined due to insufficient votes and missing information.

Next Week:

  • Submit a new Financing Working Group proposal and form the working group.
  • Follow up on legal work.
  • Contact VCs and follow up on the progress.

EIPs Fun

This Week:

  • Confirmed product and UI design.
  • Created email templates and researched search strategies.
  • Drafted operational plan (available here).
  • Set up DB, VM, and environments.
  • Started coding and completed 40% of frontend pages.
  • Created product deck.
  • Researched Gitcoin Allo.

Next Week:

  • Finish PoC of the initial product.
  • Add more content to the product deck.
  • Review operational plans.
