Proposal:Operation Working Group for S7
I. Overview
Operation Team: Primarily responsible for the management of the LXDAO community. Tasks include but are not limited to community operations, new member integration, enhancing community influence, content production and management, media branding, business development, and more.
The team consists of various collaborative units such as the Media Branding Department and BD Team.
In the upcoming quarter, the LXDAO Operation Team will focus on “Content & Education”, “Partnership Expansion”, and “Community Operations & Growth”. Our aim is to extend the reach of LXDAO, attract more builders, enhance member development and conversion rates, establish deep relationships with partners, and optimize media and promotional channels.
II. Plans and Schedule
1. Focus on Optimism and MyFirst/Web3 Education Projects
- Optimism Community Building: Collaborate with the governance team to establish and maintain the Optimism Chinese community, regularly publish Optimism-related news and technical updates, ensuring the timeliness and relevance of the information.
- Monthly Tea Talks: Host a monthly Optimism tea talk to foster communication among community members and joint activities with partners, thereby strengthening community interaction and the influence of LXDAO.
- Online Interactions: Regularly organize lectures and seminars on online platforms to expand community participation.
- Web3 Education Promotion: Emphasize support for the MyFirstWeb3 education project and assist in its operation.
- Platform Growth: Implement various strategies to attract and retain users, enhancing the activity and engagement levels of existing users, thereby achieving sustainable data growth.
2. Partnership Expansion
- Deepening Partner Relationships: Systematically identify and establish in-depth cooperative relationships with at least 5 key partners to enhance influence and resource integration.
- Resource Sharing and Integration: Share resources and expertise with partners to maximize mutual benefits.
- Strategic Collaboration Projects: Launch projects targeting specific technologies or markets to strengthen tangible outcomes from partnerships.
- Web3 Technology Development Activities: Conduct Web3 product technology development activities for developers, such as workshops, project practice, hackathons, and hackerhouses, to attract top-level developers.
- Offline Events: Organize and participate in various offline events to enhance community interaction and expand influence.
- Joint Events with Partners: Host or participate in joint activities with partners to enhance exposure and community influence.
3. Community Operations
- Enhancing Community Engagement: Increase member participation and technical skills through regular online and offline tech talks, discussions, and workshops.
- Community Member Development: Support new members joining, cultivate more Buidlers, and provide an environment for member transformation and growth.
- Content Series: Organize existing content into series, create content support sections, and strengthen communication.
- Work Efficiency: Standardize basic promotional collaboration, improving work efficiency.
- Strengthening Project Linkages: Stay updated with LXDAO project information, understanding each project’s characteristics, pain points, and needs, and create content support sections. Provide necessary resources and support to promote internal project development.
- Optimizing Resource Allocation: Adjust resource distribution strategies based on project needs and community feedback, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Talent Development Program: Understand the needs of LXDAO community members, develop personal development plans for outstanding community members, provide better support for community and project needs, and promote sustainable community development. Train specialized talents in project operations (including operational learning and sharing, strengthening the capabilities of the operations team).
III. Budget
The monthly budget for the Operations Team is 12,000.
S7 will last for three months, from December 1 to February 29. We will apply for a total of 12,000*3 = 36,000 LXPU for the operating expenses of the operations team.
Here, LXPU = LXP + USDT/USDC, with a stablecoin and LXP ratio of 6:4.
