- Reform the Onboarding Committee this week. No new buidlers onboarded, will start onboarding next week
- Finalized the new Onboarding Committee team and made official proposal Snapshot. Leader: Bruce Xu, members: Kuncle, Yootou, Marcus, DaoDAO, Neethan, timtimtim.eth, and Bebe

This Week:
- Followed up on MobyMask, analyzing the product, will help Dan to polish the product next week
- Migrating the community to Discord, adding more channels and bots, added vote reminder script
- Submitted new proposals MyFirstLayer2 and ImageUploader3 to foundations
- LXDAO Monthly AMA preparation
- ERC+86 routine weekly, helped them connect more partners, provided tech support for their ticket system

- Follow up on the grants application and collaboration
- Polish new ideas and convert them to proposals
