This Week:

  • Reform the Onboarding Committee this week. No new buidlers onboarded, will start onboarding next week
  • Finalized the new Onboarding Committee team and made official proposal Snapshot. Leader: Bruce Xu, members: Kuncle, Yootou, Marcus, DaoDAO, Neethan, timtimtim.eth, and Bebe

  • New Onboarding Committee season kick-off and training
  • Routine onboarding work

LXDAO

This Week:

  • Followed up on MobyMask, analyzing the product, will help Dan to polish the product next week
  • Migrating the community to Discord, adding more channels and bots, added vote reminder script
  • Submitted new proposals MyFirstLayer2 and ImageUploader3 to foundations
  • LXDAO Monthly AMA preparation
  • ERC+86 routine weekly, helped them connect more partners, provided tech support for their ticket system
