• Officially announced the partnership with the Eleduck community. Co-hosed the space with the Eleduck community, over 2.6k tuned in, and got a really good result
• Discussed the design of LXP and the LXP proposal is working in progress Implement LXP as an ERC20 Token contract(WIP)
• Posted new ideas: My First Layer2? and Web3 security tips and education project - #3 by Bruce_LXDAO
• New project proposal from builders HashDNA Art Engine - A visual 10k NFT generator for artists
• Provided tech consultation service to 8DAO for our SBT buidler card implementations
• Improve LXDAO poster generator

Onboarding Committee

• Onboarded 5 buidlers, welcome: Bebe, VION WILLIAMS, wwei, kasoqian, and k2!
• Make a soft proposal for the Onboarding Committee: Onboarding Committee Working Group Season 1
• Improved the new onboarding process and fixed some bugs

Governance Group

• Complete the white paper framework
• Third discussion on the token economy, defining the main framework
• The Governance Group’s first season proposals have reached the hard proposal stage, having been voted on and implemented

LXDAO Tools:

• created guidance for PMs inviting buidlers to join the project.
• LXDAO website redesign project progress:
  • homepage: 90%
  • buidler pages: 70%
  • project pages: 70%
  • start working on the UX/UI design of the join us page

LXDAO Data Center:

• Investment Data Site Compare

MetaPavo

• All the designs of the second phase are basically completed, and some functions are in the final stage
• Develop server-side dapps-related interfaces and management interfaces
• Modify the dapp server to support role-based permissions
