研究 Fellowship(研究员)
研究 Contributor(贡献者)

English version
We are excited to announce that we are recruiting researchers and contributors for LXDAO’s coordination research program! Whether you are interested in conducting in-depth research on coordination issues or contributing to the development of this field through practical experience, we warmly invite you to join our team!
1. Why Research Coordination Issues?
Coordination refers to the process of working together towards a common goal, based on mutual collaboration, rather than ignoring each other’s needs or working at cross-purposes. This is crucial for advancing public goods and supporting ecosystem projects.
In the blockchain space, one of the core goals is to promote cooperation between different groups, build trust, and achieve efficient cross-chain and cross-community collaboration. This is vital for solving issues like decentralized governance, cross-chain interoperability, DAO management, and fund allocation. Therefore, how to effectively coordinate actions between various stakeholders in a decentralized network, balance interests, and ensure a fair and transparent governance system is one of the key challenges we currently face.
2. What Kind of Talent Are We Looking For?
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about coordination research and capable of applying coordination tools to solve real-world problems. As a DAO focused on the infinite loop of public goods, we emphasize interdisciplinary collaboration and open-mindedness, particularly in the following areas of research:
- Interoperability issues in multi-chain ecosystems
- Coordination of decentralized governance mechanisms
- Fairness and efficiency in fund allocation
- Conflict resolution in community culture and collaboration
And more…
For more coordination research, check out this post:
We are looking for team members with the following qualities:
- Interdisciplinary background: Whether you come from blockchain, sociology, economics, technology, or other fields, as long as you have a passion for solving real-world problems, we welcome you to join us.
- Independent research ability: Able to think critically, propose innovative research perspectives, and solve problems.
- Teamwork skills: Able to collaborate well within a team and push research efforts forward collectively.
- Practical focus: Capable of turning theoretical research into practical, actionable solutions and driving project implementation.
- Responsible: have a sense of responsibility and will solve problems and confusions in the task
- Solutional: When confronted with a problem, suggests solutions rather than complains
3. Research Outcomes and Impact
Our research goes beyond theoretical exploration; its practical impact is equally important. You will have the opportunity to present your research findings through articles, reports, PPTs, or other forms to maximize exposure and encourage participation and feedback from the LXDAO community.
Our goal is to create research outcomes that have cross-disciplinary influence, solving coordination issues and helping to make DAO and blockchain ecosystems more efficient, transparent, and fair.
4. How to Participate and Apply?
We offer two different ways to participate, depending on your level of involvement:
Research Fellowship (Researcher)
- 3-month research period
- 5-10 hours of work per week
- Funding rewards, the exact amount depends on the project
- Lead coordination research and drive team objectives
Research Contributor
- 1-month research period
- Focus on shorter, opinion-driven pieces
- Monthly applications, with rewards (such as USDT, LXP Tokens, etc.)
- Primarily responsible for supporting research by providing key insights and perspectives
We encourage passionate and capable individuals to join. We will select suitable project leads from the applicants and provide necessary funding and guidance to help them design roles, tasks, and budgets.
