Distribution of awards based on RetroPGF application contributions

Retropgf 发放款已经到账一部分，目前 8k 左右 op，我这里想在这周发起对于之前申请 retropgf 有贡献的成员的奖励回溯，接下来我会在论坛发起奖励详情
目前总计获得 op 奖励 32795 op

MyFirstLayer2: Vesting Schedule | Superfluid

由于涉及数额比较巨大（超过 10w 美金）
不应按照 BD 的最高奖励 10% 来进行回溯，我推荐按照 FA 的 5% 进行回溯，即 32795*0.05=1639op （目前价值 7500 美金左右）作为对成员参与 RetroPGF 申请贡献的奖励

Yes, the advice is great, my consideration is really still that the size of the funds is larger this time around, and with the current size of the treasury not yet at a certain volume, I’d recommend awarding at the FA generic 5% rate
