In the current Web3 ecosystem, after many projects receive grants, the use process of the grants is not transparently and publicly displayed, which may cause some problems:

  1. Funds are not effectively utilized
  2. Funds did not flow to valuable projects
  3. It will harm the sustainability of the ecology

We need to track the impact of the project at night and improve the transparency of funds.
