- Should individuals also announce the handover on their personal SNS accounts? Could personal announcements lead to more public questions (for example: https://x.com/farming_xp/status/1834373843693048077, where the announcement raised further questions, which negatively impacted the organization—several replies were asking if there was undisclosed internal conflict)?
