- 1 governance multisig, held by the governance group PM, primarily responsible for verifying and initiating the quarterly budget for working groups and projects.
- 1 accounting multisig, held by the community accountant, mainly responsible for handling external funds inflow, reimbursements, and other financial recording tasks.
Working Group Sub-Treasury: (3/5 Multisig Treasury)
- 1 working group multisig, held by the group PM, responsible for contribution tracking and salary disbursement.
- 1 accounting multisig, held by the community accountant, responsible for reviewing discrepancies between the amounts and what is publicly listed on the official website.
- 1 independent multisig signer, held by a community member, responsible for secondary review of payment addresses and amounts.
Project Group Sub-Treasury
For funds less than 5000 U (2/3 Multisig Treasury):
- 1 project group multisig, held by the project PM, responsible for contribution tracking and salary disbursement.
- 1 Forge multisig, held by the Forge group PM, not required to participate in daily salary management.
- 1 accounting multisig, held by the community accountant, responsible for reviewing discrepancies between the amounts and what is publicly listed on the official website.
For Treasury Funds Greater Than 5000 U (3/5 Multisig Treasury):
2 external multisig signers or main treasury signers (investors), not required to participate in daily salary management.
After the implementation of the new plan:

- 1 位工作组多签,由小组 PM 来担任,负责贡献统计、工资发放

- 1 位独立多签人,由社区 Member 担任,负责复审发放地址、金额等
项目组子国库
资金小于 5000 U(2/3 多签国库)
- 1 位项目组多签,由项目 PM 来担任,负责贡献统计、工资发放;
- 1 位 Forge 多签,由Forge 组PM来担任,不强制参与日常工资处理;
- 1 位会计多签,由社区会计担任,负责审核金额与官网公示的差
国库资金大于 5000 U(3/5国库)
- 新增 2位 外部多签或主国库多签(出资人),不强制参与日常工资处理
新方案实施后
- 由于 Forge 小组的固定成员不再需要担任多签,因此治理负担将大大减轻。
- 多签轮换将与小组 PM 的任期保持一致,从而避免每季度轮换的需要并简化流程。
- 外部多签的加入进一步分散了治理,同时保持了监督,而无需他们参与日常运营。
