Job Title: Rust Engineer - Crypto Platform
We are looking for a talented Rust engineer to join our team building an innovative blockchain-based crypto platform. As a Rust engineer, you will design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain core components of the platform backend.
Responsibilities:
Develop new features and optimize performance of the Rust-based backend services and API endpoints
Write efficient Rust code integrated with cryptography libraries and blockchain tools
Implement secure digital asset transactions, key management, and other crypto functionality
Troubleshoot issues, identify bugs, and provide solutions for a smooth user experience
Collaborate with frontend, mobile, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality products
Write unit and integration tests to ensure functionality, security, and reliability
Document code, technologies, and operational procedures
Requirements:
3+ years experience with Rust development
Solid grasp of computer science fundamentals and systems design
Experience building distributed systems and working with cryptographic primitives
Understanding of blockchain architectures, smart contracts, consensus protocols
Ability to analyze complex systems and make optimal design choices
Proficiency in algorithms, data structures, testing, and debugging
Knowledge of cryptography concepts including hashes, encryption, and digital signatures
Passion for innovating and adapting new technologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Understanding Sei Network is preferred
