TL;DR
Over the past Season 6, the governance team and the entire LXDAO spent most of their energy on routine matters such as project development, content publishing, and daily activities. However, the current challenge facing LXDAO is survival. What we need is not daily output but more innovative and influential products that can impact the public goods ecosystem, which requires stimulating the creativity of the entire community rather than performing routine tasks.
Therefore, in Season 7, we will reduce investment in routine matters and focus more on impactful products that can deepen research and exploration as well as connect more with the external environment.

What Did We Do Last Season?
- Daily governance coordination: coordination between working groups, application of Builder proposals, governance issue investigations.

Problems
- Routine work consumes too much energy, such as counting PoC, which should be automated as much as possible.
- Governance efficiency is low, with votes requiring private messages and a focus on the absolute number of participants rather than quality.
- The entire community’s attention is too scattered, unable to focus, and there is no clear plan for the future, making it difficult to form an influential narrative.
- Research is not deep enough and lacks a systematic approach.
- Fund usage efficiency is low, with groups often spending their budgets but not producing corresponding results.
Season 7 Plans
- Improve governance quality by delegating voting rights to those who truly want to participate in construction and providing corresponding governance incentives.
- LXDAO needs to clarify its position in the current public goods ecosystem and add to its narrative (LXProtocol).
- Continue to promote public goods theory research to maintain LXDAO’s legitimacy in the ecosystem and provide theoretical support for its development.
- Produce a highly impactful product in LXDAO’s narrative to enhance its influence.
- Maintain daily work on LXDAO and consistently select suitable individuals while providing corresponding incentives to continuously grow LXDAO’s talent pool.
- Implement a milestone mechanism to improve fund usage efficiency.
Financial Allocation
In Season 7, the governance team needs to promote the LX Protocol framework and OP advancement, so an additional budget is required. The budget planning is as follows:
Apply for 6700 LXPU monthly for three months, with a total budget of 20100 LXPU. U : LXP = 6 : 4.
Three fixed positions will be established with members required to have fixed working hours. The PM will work 20 hours per week, while other fixed positions will need to work 12 hours per week. The remaining budget will be given to Bounty for LXProtocol research, governance incentives, and official website maintenance tasks.

TL;DR

所以在 S7，我们会减少在日常事物上的投入，会更聚焦能够产生影响力的产品，深入研究和探索，更多的与外部产生连接。

存在哪些问题

Season7 的计划

- 继续推进公共物品的理论研究，让 LXDAO 保持生态上的正当性，为 LXDAO 的发展提供理论支持
- 在 LXDAO 的叙事上，要做出一款足够有影响力的产品，提升 LXDAO 的影响力
- 维护 LXDAO 的日常工作，并且能够持续筛选出合适的人，并且给于相应的激励，持续壮大 LXDAO 的人才储备
- 落实 milestone 机制，让资金的使用效率更高
预算规划
在 S7，治理小组需要推进 LXProtocol 框架和 OP 的推进，所以需要增加一部分预算，预算规划情况如下：
每月申请 6700 LXPU，持续3个月，总预算为 20100 LXPU，U : LXP = 6 : 4
设置 3 名固定岗成员，固定成员每月需要有固定的工作时间，PM 每周工作 20 小时，其他固定岗每周需要 12 小时，剩余预算会给到 Bounty，用于 LXProtocol 研究、治理激励和官网维护等任务。
