官网 onboarding 的流程优化~

官网 onboarding 的流程是不是提供中英双语好一些?这样子华语区用户比较清楚的 get 到信息,同时加入 Onboarding 过程中出错转人工的部分。

新人登记这部分可以选择双语?
然后问卷部分也可以到这里,人工和自动混合到一起~

双语,就是onboarding 的第一步:
语言选择:
1/ En
2/ 中文

里面的信息是中文或者英文录入的~
然后个人填写的部分,他填写的啥语言,就是啥(提供翻译英文-接入gpt,这个需要评估工作量)

Agree with Marcus.

The English content should not be hard to understand, and if the member hard to read English or doesn’t know how to use Google translate, I don’t think they fit the community.

I would also recommend all content on the forum in English, you can treat it as a practice.
