  • Started working on the new onboarding process development, it’s 25% completed, the UI improvement is in progress.

  • Continue the new onboarding process development work and finish the UI improvement.

LXP Project:

This Week:

  • No updates this week, the code merge is blocked by another project, will fix it soon.

Next Week:

  • Will deploy it into the dev environment and do the end-to-end testing.

  • The document website homepage design is 90% complete, left a main architecture picture.

Next Week:

  • Complete the document website whole work, give the updates to the filecoin team.

  • Followed up on the FVM hackathon, but unfortunately not get into the finalist
  • Prepared for the Network State hackathon
  • LXDAO Shanghai IRL

  • Improve the deck based on the feedback, contact more investors
  • Build more connections and collaborations

Onboarding Committee

This Week:

  • Two buidlers onboarded, welcome: Tony and wodeche.eth
  • Preparing for the rotation proposal

Next Week:

  • Release the new onboarding committee rotation proposal

MobyMask Improvement

This Week:

  • Finished the first version of Extension, which can be installed locally for testing, and provides mark phishers, batch submit phishers, etc.
  • Finished most of the integration logic except the report history part, doing integration testing
  • Polished part of UI/UX details. Continue working on it

Next Week:

  • Polishing the UI/UX
  • Host 1 or 2 demo sessions for testing and polishing the details, improve based on the feedback
  • Ship the first version on production, then focus on the report history part of features
