This Week:

  • Added the LXDAO Influence data in the LXDAO website mission section.
  • Updated LXDAO Partners in the LXDAO website.
  • Restarted the new onboarding process project, clarified some product details with the new developer.
  • The LXDAO website email integration has been deployed in Dev environment, it’s in test process.

Next Week:

  • Started the new onboarding process project development work.
  • Will deploy email integration change into production environment.

LXP Project:

This Week:

  • Made some UI and copy changes, it’s in the testing process, also had some discussions with team to clarify what is LXP, no impacts to our current project.

Next Week:

  • Finish the testing in Dev environment, will deploy it into production environment.

This Week:

  • Reviewed the document website, and made some improvements, the document homepage design is in process.

Next Week:

  • Complete the document homepage design change, then will publish it.

LXDAO工具

This Week:

  • Finished the first version of the LXDAO financing deck, reviewed it with the financing preparation team, and met one investor
  • Followed up on ERC+86 event plans, will have a better structure and plans for hosting it. Bruce will keep following up on it
  • Followed up on the FVM hackathon and will submit the work next Monday
  • Applied for Network State hackathon
  • Built a connection with BeWater

Next Week:

  • Month AMA
  • Improve financing deck and start meeting more investors
  • LXDAO Shanghai IRL meetup
  • Build more connections and collaborations

Onboarding Committee

This Week:

  • No buidler joined. A few applicants in the process
  • Starting handling applications, created seven buidler application proposals
  • Transferred the self-onboarding UI developments to other developers

Next Week:

  • Continue onboarding buidlers
  • Start working on the self-onboarding UI developments
  • Make a proposal for the new Onboarding Committee rotation

MobyMask Improvement

This Week:

  • Discussed the blocking issues and solution with Dan
  • Pushed the progress for the Website and Extension. UI/UX polishing, RWD support, and logic testing are the remaining tasks. Overall, the progress is over 75%
  • We decided to leave the Report History feature late and focus on what we can do for now
  • Our estimation is to finish the Website and Extension next weekend, and deploy them to review, later will improve based on the feedback and start working on the Report History feature

Next Week:

  • Polishing UI/UX, RWD support, logic testing, etc.
  • Improve based on the designer and product manager’s reviews
  • Finish the Extension, and can be installed and tested by using the local development installation

LXDAO
