Background

Since its establishment, LXDAO has been committed to promoting the development and innovation of public goods. As our global influence continues to expand, we are facing new challenges and opportunities. To better address these changes, we have decided to establish a dedicated BD (Business Development) Virtual Group to strengthen our international cooperation and business development.

Challenges in Internationalization

Current Situation Analysis: Although LXDAO has achieved certain success in the Chinese-speaking market, we recognize that there is still much room for improvement in terms of internationalization. Currently, our international influence is limited, which restricts our growth potential globally.

Strategic Need: To realize our global vision, we need to participate more actively in international markets and establish connections with communities and partners in different regions.

Workload of the Operations Team

Overlapping Tasks: Previously, BD-related work was concurrently handled by the Operations Team, which led to a heavy workload and affected the team’s efficiency and work quality.

Focus Issue: The core responsibility of the Operations Team is to maintain daily operations, while BD work requires focus on strategic planning and external collaborations. The overlap between the two has distracted the team’s attention.

Establishment of the BD Virtual Group

Need for Specialization: To solve the above issues, we have decided to establish a dedicated BD Virtual Group to handle all business development-related matters in a specialized manner.

Strategic Focus: The BD Virtual Group will focus on exploring external collaboration opportunities, strengthening connections with international events, and promoting LXDAO’s global expansion.

现在有多少合作关系还在维持,有哪些社区成员参与,ROI 怎么样,短/长期计划是怎样的,与社区发展路线是否一致等等。有没有汇总的数据或者报告总结。
如果没有当前问题的分析总结和改进计划,成立虚拟小组的意义不大。
