I found some routine works keep missing, who should response for it?

I found there are many works no one taken, but I kept asking for.

Like the S10 strategy post for introducing the S10 plans and team, along with detailed recap of S9. I know there was one, but the content needs to be improved well.

And if I open our notion, I can only see S9 Roadmap

And many public works I think is no one cares or pushing. It might be caused by:

  • Working groups replaced with a lot of fresh people that don’t know what to do
  • Tragedy of the Commons. No one think it is part of their work. Therefore, it becomes work for someone like me, keep chasing people or ask, but actually no progress

So, what do you think? Which working group should take this job, and create SOP to execute or check periodically?

I am responsible for the S10 visualization roadmap

I think some of the day-to-day work, like roadmap advancement, strategy updates, etc., can be taken forward by the Forge group
Other things such as proposal approval and promotion can be done by the Operations Group.
Some of the day-to-day promotion of proposals: LIP proposal rules, proposal voting, ensuring governance rate, etc. can be promoted by the Governance Group.

It is not just for S10 roadmap. I think we might need to list all SOP and discuss with members. And assign to one working group to follow up on it.
