Operational Tasks:

  • Cold start operation design, such as gitPOAP for EIP authors (and editors?)
  • Design and maintain the GitHub content update workflow (knowledge of GitHub is beneficial)
  • Gather and add new content (posts, projects, etc.) to the EIPs on GitHub
  • Create a weekly newsletter based on new GitHub content
  • Engage with communities, promote EIPs Fun, participate in events, etc.
  • Manage social media, share the weekly newsletter on Medium, Substack, Twitter, etc., and maintain daily Twitter interactions
  • Develop bounty tasks, manage the process, and recruit researchers to complete tasks
  • Create EIP 101 content, initial content for the website, and conduct text reviews

Roles:

  • Content Creator: Generate and collect content from the community, compile newsletters, and update the website
  • Operator and Business Development: Manage Twitter and social media accounts, network with communities, promote events, host Twitter Spaces, etc.

Budgets:

We are applying for ESP grants, and budgets will be determined based on the treasury. My estimation:

  • ~15 hours per week, 2000u/person/month
