Following the concern about its verbose, I tried to add some content to remind more skilled person to skip the detailed part of it.
For the detailed part, I still think it has value for newbees.

EIPs Fun budget design:

Fund source:

  • Initial Donation: 12k
  • Placker monthly grants: 2.1k

For 8 months runway, we have a 3.6ku budget for each month.

1500u + 2100u = 3600u

Current expenses:

  • 840 zik for EIPs Grants Design
  • 800 + LXP tiao for Operation and Content Creation
  • 1300 + LXP Bruce PM for everything
  • 660 + LXP bounty for Dev, Product Design, etc, based on work

Will update it after we receiving more grants and donation.
