Missing main contributions:

  • Bruce: Devconnet EIP Fun meetup event, community BD, Plancker funding EIP Fun plans, and operations

  • Chloe: Twitter operation, OP retroPGF application operation

The estimated allocation plans in Nov:

  • Bruce: PM: 670.5
  • Chloe Operation: 670.5
  • Tiao: Editor: 72
  • Zoe: Editor & Operation: 477
  • Wwei: Dev: 210

Adjustments:

  • Due to strategic focus on social media mkting & community operation, total expenditure on newsletter editing will be reduced going forward
