Web3创业游戏：“运营”才是最难的副本｜求攻略+找队友。

先交代一下背景

20 年毕业：在京东做基础设施研发的工作。 21 年入坑 Web3 ：从炒币开始，再到疯狂链上冲浪，研究各种 DeFi 、NFT、GameFi、DeSocial等等产品，一路掉坑一路升级，也算是有了深入的研究和自己的理解。

24 年年中决定创业：All in Web3（后悔没早点开始创业，不过还来得及）。开始构思 idea，设计产品，拉上认识的前端小伙伴俩人一起开发，不断迭代，产品叫 Outrun —— 名字来源于一种复古未来主义的艺术风格，定位是把 DeFi + DAO + Memecoin 串成一盘新菜，最终实现 Web3 在现实世界的大规模采用。参加了些黑客松 ，拿到 ETH Shenzhen 和 BNB Hack 的两个亚军。奖品挺香，但心里门儿清：黑客松只看产品和技术，市场看真刀真枪。

现在的卡点

  1. 只会做产品，不会“吆喝”。其实我一直觉得运营很重要，但是之前一直不是很急，总想等项目快要上线才开始，但是我最近从各个角度深度思考后，我发现我早就应该开始先将我们的项目运营起来了，并且作为创始人，我一定得会自己做增长（产品技术运营一把抓）。
  2. 两个人真忙不过来：我天天要思考怎么改进产品，写完合约代码还得设计 UI，运营这事儿一拖再拖。
  3. 想招人吧，又还没到发工资的段位，所以先找想要创业，志同道合，一起挖宝的合伙人。

所以来LXDAO搬救兵

想向各位 web3 前辈大佬们请教一下项目冷启动的一些思路，有没有一些 web3 从 0 到 1 增长的相关靠谱学习资源（比如 Web3 从 0→1 的冷启动手册/课程/推特 thread 推荐？越详细越好，最好带案例）

还缺一位能把产品带出声量的增长黑客：不挑title，你以前干过空投策划、社区增长、KOL、BD 都行，关键得自己跑过 0→1，有现成经验。大家都需要很强的执行力，先行动起来，一起加速 Outrun。（感兴趣可以加我 vx：Jasonrale）
