Ideas for forming a reading-sharing group:Through the joint participation of community members, a consensus on the theoretical level and methodological practice of LXDAO narrative is formed.
Background
After a period of asynchronous discussions, we have a preliminary consensus on lxdao’s 2024 goals and what s8 will do, and a preliminary consensus was formed at the governance weekly meeting earlier：Governance Group Season 8 Weekly#1
Among them, improving the LXDAO narrative will be one of the key tasks of S8. We hope to have a clearer description and definition of the future vision of the community in order to increase the cohesion and consensus of the community.
Description
The shared reading plan is the first step in establishing a narrative. According to the consensus of the weekly governance meeting, we take “cyber socialism” as the initial direction. On this basis, we hope that through the joint explorations of community members, we can form a theoretical and Consensus for future practice.
The participation plan consists of several parts:
- Article sharing: Share articles that you think are very inspiring to you on Notion and attach a brief reason for recommendation.
- Opinion comments: Select the article you are interested in in the shared reading document, and attach the corresponding reflections to the Notion.
- Participate in narrative seminars: We will hold joint reading seminars regularly (community weekly meetings or governance weekly meetings) to summarize community consensus
Governance rewards: All participating partners in this event will be rewarded for participating in event governance, which is initially set as:
Article sharing +10 LXPU/article (according to article quality and impact factor, selected articles +20 LXPU)
Opinion comments +5 LXPU/article (according to comments quality and impact factor, selected opinions +10 LXPU)
Participate in seminars +30~50 LXPU/time (according to the degree of participation and the number of constructive comments, fairsharing takes the initiative to register)
The governance team is responsible for statistics and Bounty performs

1、文章分享：在Notion上分享你认为对你非常有启发的文章并附上简要的推荐理由
2、观点评论：在共读文档中选择你感兴趣的文章，并在Notion上附上相应的观后感
3、参与叙事研讨会：我们将定期（社区周会或者治理周会）举办共读研讨会，以归纳出社区共识
治理奖励：本次活动参与伙伴均将活动治理参与奖励，初步定为：
文章分享+10 LXPU/篇（根据文章质量和影响因子，精选文章+20 LXPU）
观点评论+5 LXPU/条（根据评论质量和影响因子，精选观点+10 LXPU）
参与研讨会+30~50 LXPU/次（根据参与程度及建设性意见条数，fairsharing主动登记）
由治理小组负责统计，Bounty进行结算
