Onboarding Committee

This week:

  • No buidlers onboarded this week
  • We found the integration between form and notion was broken, that’s the reason why we didn’t notice the applications

Next week:

  • Follow up on the applications
  • Improve the UI design of the self-onboarding process, and assign someone to follow

LXDAO

This Week:

  • Followed up on the ImageUploader React Component, answered questions from Filecoin foundation
  • Held meetings for MobyMask product design, and will be finished soon to present
  • Collaborated with 8DAO regarding the buidler card product
  • Pushed the progress of LXDAO investment preparation, finished a brief tokenomics plan
  • Joined EOS Pomelo demo session, showed MetaPavo and MyFirstNFT to the EOS community

Next Week:

  • LXDAO Monthly AMA
  • Pushing the investment preparation and preparing the deck and tokenomics
  • Follow up on the collaboration and events, like ERC+86, 8DAO, PlanckerDAO, BarbarianDAO, Rebase Hackathon etc.
  • Finish our design of MobyMask and present it to Dan, then make a proposal for it
  • Follow up on new ideas and proposals

  • Start working on the Version 2 product design and make documents for it

  • 召开 MobyMask 的产品设计会议，即将完成并展示给 Dan
  • 跟进与 8DAO 合作开发 buidler card 产品
  • 推动了 LXDAO 的融资准备工作，完成了初步的代币经济设计
  • 参与 EOS Pomelo 展示会议，向 EOS 社区展示了 MetaPavo 和 MyFirstNFT 项目

    • sort out the priority of the following projects on LXDAO Website, LXP Project > email integration > onboarding process improvement
    • had two sessions to clarify the LXP contract’s current features and discuss the requirements
    • LXP project design is in progress
  • Discord Bot:
  • added a new discord bot - sesh calendar bot

Next Week:

  • LXDAO Website
    • complete the bugfix and some new small features
    • finish the LXP project design and start the UI/UX design and development work
