Onboarding Committee
This Week:
- We have two buidlers onboarded this week, welcome: 0xTang and UFO. And we are sorry to see one builder (MormontL) left
- Redesigned self-onboarding page. The prototype is finished, UI design will be finished next Week
- Improved the Onboarding criteria that contribute first then apply to join LXDAO
Next Week:
- Routine onboarding work
- Review the Onboarding UI Design and find a buidler to implement it
LXDAO
This Week:
- Held LXDAO Monthly AMA
- Did research on MobyMask and held the first discussion on the product analysis, split into todos
- Collaborated with TheReader team and helped them to find new developers. Think about the external collaboration rules
- Held a meeting for LXDAO Investment, and @Richsteady will be the investment working group leader
- Collaborated with Cluster3 in DC. The community learned a lot from their product demo show
- New LXDAO website is in production. There are a few bugfixes need to be fixed
- Migrating to DC, @wodeche will be our DC manager and work on the DC roles and bots settings
Next Week:
- Pushing the progress of the MobyMask project and presenting our solution
- Create Huawen DAO collaboration proposal
- Continue migrating the community to Discord
- Pushing the LXDAO Strategy progress, hold a meeting on the weekend
